Product Warranty Registration

DAWA WORLD WIDE (M) SDN BHD provided warranty for the products that free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty extends for the first (3-12) months beginning from the date of purchase in Malaysia only. Customers are required to show the warranty card and purchase receipts when claiming repairs and exchange under warranty. No charges will be made in repairing and replacing if the products is under warranty.


The limited warranty excludes: 

  1. Products damaged or defective due to lightning, power surges, abnormal usage & conditions. Improper storage, exposure to excessive temperature,  unauthorized modifications & repairs,  use of unauthorized spare parts, abuse as well as accident.
  2. Acts of God such as flood, fire  and earthquake.
  3. Accessories/ parts such as battery, blade, drive coupling, dust bag , filter and other external accessories / parts which are worn out from normal use,
  4. Incomplete or unregistered warranty.
